We like to keep busy helping our customers ensure their events run smoothly and providing what they need so that everything goes off without a hitch. This month, we’d like to highlight our work with Orlando Magic and our nomination as one of Winter Park’s Best Party & Event Services companies.

Orlando Magic Events

We work very closely with the Orlando Magic. In fact, we do multiple events with them every week. Below is a sample of photos from one of our most recent events, where we provided tables, chairs, and even a stage.

Tables and Chairs

Many events require seating for guests and the Orlando Magic’s are no exception. We provide as many chairs and tables as are needed to ensure that all of your guests are comfortable. Whether you’re serving food or not, chairs and tables give attendees a place to relax and congregate.

Rental Stages

For any event that has a speaker or a performer of any type, you may want to rent a stage for them. Orlando Magic events often have speakers, so we’re happy to rent out a platform or stage whenever you need it. We’ll even handle the setup and tear down, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

Sound and Lighting Equipment

Sometimes your venue doesn’t offer all of the equipment that you need to put on your event. In cases like that, we’ll provide the sound and lighting equipment that you need to smoothly run your event. We can also provide a wide range of other equipment, from kitchens and bathrooms to decorations. Just let us know what you need!

What Is the Best of Winter Park?

The Best of Winter Park is an annual event that celebrates the best of everything that Winter Park has to offer. Every year, companies operating in the city are nominated in different categories. We have the honor of being nominated in the Best Party & Event Services category. While we didn’t win this year, it’s an honor just to be considered alongside those who made the list of finalists and the ultimate winner.
