We started our August off with a beautiful, small, intimate family outdoor event. We offered an assortment of rentals to help enhance their event such as the small tables, the matching white chairs, the canopy tent, and last but not least, a fan to help keep their guests cool and comfortable.

All events are of equal importance in our eyes. For gatherings with under 50 guests, we offer smaller decorations, tables, and tents to fit your needs. Our range of different size tents, decorations, and tables allows you to make even your smallest events exquisite.

Omni Champions Gate

Omni Champions Gate is a beautiful resort and hotel located in Orlando, Florida. This venue hosts many company meetings, events, and even weddings. We had the pleasure of offering our services to make a special evening feel more luxurious. With our table and chair rentals, our centerpiece designs, as well as the matching cutlery and dishes, we were able to make this indoor event extravagant and memorable.

Decoration Rentals for Indoor Events

Our specialty is event rentals, indoor and outdoor. During the summer months, a lot of clients took advantage of the outside weather to host their outdoor events. Ole Red

Ole Red, a country music restaurant, was founded by country singer Blake Shelton. His mission is to provide quality entertainment and a good time to all guests who enter his restaurant. Ole Red is known for its live music, line dancing, and popular events. We helped extend their restaurant’s atmosphere into the warm, summer air with our tent rentals.

Tent Rentals for Backyard Style Events

Our wide range of tent rentals provide a different type of tent for any kind of event. For what we like to refer to as “backyard style” events, we use our simple frame tent. These tents don’t have a center pole, allowing for a lot of free space underneath the tent for guests to mingle while keeping cool and away from pests. This type of tent is best used for when there will be guests frequently moving about underneath the tent.

Colonial Church St. Augustine

The Colonial Church St. Augustine recently rented one of our outdoor tents to help them with an intimate church gathering. Their goal for their event was to ensure the comfort of their guests while continuing to unite in fellowship with one another. They were able to sit around a fire pit, share stories, laugh, and sing songs with each other in celebration.

What’s more delightful than a beautiful dinner party in the warm, summer air accompanied by some beautiful, light orange lights? We always enjoy setting up elegant, cozy events like these. The priority is on how the decorations make the eventgoers feel and the lights, tables, chairs, and tent design all contribute to the overall feelings.

Deuterman Productions

Summer is coming to a close which means music festivals and outdoor music events may soon be wrapping up for the season, depending on your location. Deuterman Productions is going out with a bang though with one final hurrah this August. They host events at their amphitheater year-round, but there’s something so special about a music festival during the summer. We were delighted to provide our tent rentals to Deuterman Productions to help their guests enjoy the entirety of the entertainment.

Music festivals are known for their lack of seating, usually requiring that the guests sit on the ground, stand for long periods of time, or go on mini excursions to find a chair. While that’s the typical vibe with music festivals, outdoor concerts are different in that they provide seating for all their guests.
