Tech United New Jersey

Tech United rented some of our tents for one of their events! Tech United of New Jersey hosts numerous events that aim to educate individuals on technology and science. Their events are also known for their networking opportunities which has led them to become renowned in the state of New Jersey.

Tent Rentals for Conventions and Expositions

For events like Tech United’s, there is a variety of other rental products and services available to ensure the smooth operation of your event. Chairs and tables can be beneficial for both your guests and the vendors. Electrical and A&V equipment like microphones or speakers will allow you to host speakers and panels to educate the audience.

A garden tent is a clear tent that allows individuals to enjoy the weather without being completely left at the mercy of the elements. One of our large garden tents was rented by Table 6 Productions for a Sixtieth Soiree. MC60 is a common acronym that Table 6 Productions has used over the years to brand their company. The clear tent allowed the vibrant colors of the lights to shine and kept everyone within the tent safe and comfortable.

Tent Rentals for Outdoor Events

Our event page has different rentals depending on what event you’re hosting! Our array of outdoor event tents can ensure that your outdoor event is properly celebrated no matter the conditions. The tents are made to protect guests from all weather elements such as rain or extreme heat. Our tents with walls can keep all the desired heat or AC in and any undesirable bugs, rain, or excessive heat out. This guarantees that your event can go on no matter the season or weather!

Electric Daisy Carnival is a huge art experience and we were delighted to rent out these colorful tents to help the festival-goers celebrate. This year’s EDC involved rides, music, and art all coming together as a celebration of life and love. The colorful exterior fit with the aesthetic and the bold font made the tents easy to identify even amongst all the action.

Tent Rentals for Festivals

Festivals have a special atmosphere and are often associated with the outdoors and a lot of heat. Our event tents can double as vendor tents or cool-off tents, and we even offer a first-aid tent along with safety equipment to ensure that everyone has a fun and safe time.

Disney Amphitheatre

The Disney Amphitheater located in Lake Eola Park in Orlando, Florida is a huge tourist spot. There are a variety of activities that families can participate in such as the offered concerts or plays and renting a swan-shaped paddle boat to ride around on the lake with. Our event tent rentals provided shaded areas for the guests and allowed licensed vendors to set up their tables out of the sun.

Types of Event Tent Rentals

Different tents have different purposes. Some are made to be the center of attention, whereas others are meant to be kept on the sidelines for the main attraction to steal the show. The white tents we provided for the Disney Amphitheater were sidelines tents used to host mini booths and not take away from the main event. The pole tents pictured are ideal for being on the sides of events as it provides a lot of space for vendors.

Here you can see some of the tables and chairs we provided for a special event. The chairs matched perfectly with the party’s aesthetic and we provided different table sizes so that all guests could be seated comfortably. The City of Altamonte in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is known for hosting a wide range of community events. These events are designed to be family-friendly and to bring the citizens of Altamonte Springs together in times of celebration.

“Jonathan was fantastic. I called with a ” culinary emergency” . I had a client call on Friday for an over the top dinner party for Monday. I called a number of rental agencies which three days later, still have not returned my call. I could not buy china and glasswear delivered in time for the party. Jonathan answered the phone around 1 on Sunday and everything was delivered to the house by 3 on Monday. So very happy and I would definately reccomend them. He’s my hero, thank you.”
